Need alternative idea to a Tux or a Suit for Groom?

Destination wedding in August - Sandals Bahamas outdoors.

It is going to be hot. Can't make Groom wear a Tux or heavy suit, he will sweat to death. Need alternative dress clothes idea?

    my neice got married with the beach theme

    the men wore tan khakis and white linen shirts with sandals

    it was very fitting and would be for your theme also

    just wear natural fabrics, they are cooler

    I love linen or hemp pants or bermuda-length shorts. They come in many colours, but a creamy camel colour is the most common. He can get a tunic or something to wear on the top. There's no need to wear a tux in that heat!
