Australia housing help?
My good friend lives in Australia. They signed a year rental contract which will be up in November. The landlord wants to sell the house now. She wants the house to be ready to show on a moments notice. Also, every Sunday my friend was told she has to hold an open house.
Is this all legal??
I know nothing about Australia housing law. She only has lived in Australia since November, she moved there from England so she has about the same knowledge as I do....NONE!
Can anyone give me any advice to pass on to my friend? Any place she may be able to call to help her out?

most of the laws in the united states are the same in Australia and houseing is kinda one of them.
