Please suggest a good easy - moderate hiking trail in Lehigh Valley PA. I'm near Macungie, west of Allentown

We're casual hikers, we just go out in our running shoes and enjoy a good trail for a 2-4 hours.

    Try the Tow Path in Bethlehem if you have a few hours. It starts near Sand Island and extends all the way down to Easton. The Nor-Bath Trail in Bath is also a good hiking trail. Go to www.lehighvalleypaonline.com to find more info and directions on these trails and others. Hope this helps!
