Bank of America Interview Questions...??
I have a face-to-face Bank of America interview next week. I need some help preparing. The position is for a customer service/call center position. I am supposed to be (1)pre-screen for a call-center position; (2)meet a current call center rep. they will go over what exactly the position is all about and go over the benefits; and (3)meet/interview with a manager. I need some help on what are some typical questions will be asked...AND what the call-center pre-screening is all about. I want to be prepared for this interview

I can tell you some of the information or question that they will ask but really it is different for every interview and for every person. there are no set questions.
the prescreen call is really basic. they will want to know if you have call center experience, or any computer knowledge. if you are flexible in the hours that you work. what you record of attendance is. really think before anwering the questions.
the interview that you really need to be ready for is the manager interview. DON'T BE LATE!! they really get mad over that. be 15 mins early because you will have to sign in (bring picture id)and get a temp badge. they want to know if you can handle pressure and upset customers, if you can be "delightful", if you have call center experience/computer experience. (dress appropriately, business), other than that think of the ways that you can state how you give great customer service with a great personality , becuase that is want they are truly looking for!

Black experience crimson tie white shirt. basically act like they are all long term friends of yours. In interviews people look for persons they prefer because of the fact they be attentive to they are going to could desire to artwork with them later.

They will probably ask you about previous customer experience and how you handled irate customers etc. They want to know if you can work well under unpleasant circumstances.
