I am looking for a runner's watch. I need it to keep my pace, distance, and overall time. I am looking for a women's watch, but hopefully not too girly.

  • Pipe Welder - Relationship?

My bf (8 months now) is a Pipe Welder by trade (for 20 years). He is normally a journeyman. He has been unable to find permanent work to remain close to me. He is going to accept a job that will bring him home on weekends. He has told me that sometimes, the journeyman job requires him to be away for months at a time without coming home. If there is anyone who has a journeyman bf/husband, I really need some advice/words of encouragement. Thanks!

  • Child is going to be 9 years old...is she too old for the family cookout party?

Child (girl) is going to be 9 years old...is she too old for the family cookout birthday party?

We are thinking about having her party at a skating rink and inviting her friends and cousins her age. I'm thinking that it might be easier on us...as far as planning and set-up/cleaning-up. AND we will not be so worried that people are not showing because it is the weekend that 1/2 of the family goes on their annually camping trip. Any family member interested in giving gifts can spend time with her or mail money.

Does this sound like a bad idea...or is it to be expected at her age?

  • What is wrong with me, possible mental disorder?

I think that I may be suffereing from some mental disorder...but can't really find anything that describes it. I am very stressed-out. I feel as if my life is not real...very surreal...as if I am watching someone else. I feel as if I have no control over the outcome of my life. I feel as if I do not have a baby soon it is going to be too late...I am 30 & I already have an 8 year old. I am constatly worried about the things going wrong in my life...my dad is in the hospital, my daughter is having some behavior problems, my husband lost 1 of his 2 jobs, we need to add on to our house before we can have another baby and we are on a very tight budget due to finances.

  • Rabbit possibly being adopted out of the U.S.?

I have a bunny rabbit. I live in the U.S. She is spayed (so no longer can reproduce), I believe that she is an American Rabbit about medium size, and about 1 1/2 years old. I have recently put her up for adoption for the general public on a website. I have several offers for ppl that live out of the U.S. (mostly France and the U.K.) to adopt her. They are offering me $100+ for the bunny, plus paying any transportation costs...which can be around $1500. I do not think that this is normal. I know that using her for reproduction is not an option.

MY QUESTION: Why would someone need a pet bunny so badly that they would pay that much for one?
