You will have to reclear the car. The only way to stop it is by completley sanding the old clear off and re paint the clear.

Your best bet is to scrape it off and get a repaint. Once any substance whether its water or any other liquid gets under the paint, the process of tearing it apart can not be stopped. It can be slowed, but it will only get worse. I know you dont want to hear this but your best bet is to use the car until it starts becoming embarassing to drive and then paint or sell.

You cannot stop it once it starts, depends on how much has peeled off,you could try nail polish clear type but it will not stop it for long.Paint job is the only way to make it look good.

Try feather it out around the edges, mask up and reapply.
