What do you call those things...?

They're found in concerts and other outdoor events, they look like a figure of a man raising and waving his arms and the wind/air that passes through them keeps it moving.

    rental agencies (in the US) call those things winddancers, skydancers, inflatable tubes, inflatable figures... you will most likely find them at auto dealerships or shopping/strip malls. They are just one tool in the trade of inflatable advertising. Nothing beats the gorilla though.
