If you put a watermelon in a bonfire, when it explodes could it seriously injure people?

Just wondering. :)

    Um, well I'm not sure if it would explode firstly, but if it did you can do the math.

    Fire + Watermelon Pieces + Hot Water + Hot Seeds = Burning Gooish Explosion.

    if the watermelon explodes then it wont injure people unless it gets in their eyes, some watermelons just melt in fires, so hopefully you dont get a rotten one, where goggles if you do try this though
