i am 3 months pregnant.?

doctor told me to take folic acid tablets.3 times i have buyed.but different companies only i got.is there any problem in eating like that.

    I don’t understand what you are asking? Do you want to know why you have to take folic acid? You have bought the tablets, what do you mean different companies? Eating like what? Sorry, I don’t get your question at all please add details so we understand! :)

    I don't quite understand your question...but folic acid is crucial for the development of the baby's central nervous system. They say to take a prenatal vitamin that has folic acid in it because there are other vitamins that must be in your system for it to even absorb the folic acid. So...if you aren't getting the folic acid you are putting the baby at risk...Does that answer your question?

    I think the question she is asking is if it's ok to take different brands of folic acid.

    As long as you're taking it, it doesn't matter what brand it is. It's available in 1mg doses, as well as 1mg in pre-natal vitamins. Even if your not pregnant, folic acid is beneficial to take.
