    Uncopyrightable and dermatoglyphics (study of fingerprints) both have 15 letters with no repetition.

    I think it might be "strength", as that's the longest word in the English language with only one vowel. Good question. Oh, I din't read the others, now I feel like an idiot...

    Shinzerz!!! is right. You can also add, misconjugatedly with 15 letters or if you want a really obscure answer subdermatoglyphic
