Exercises For Getting Rid of Girl Love Handles???

First off, let me say that I am not fat. (5'4, 128lbs.) I exercise everyday, take karate classes, and have a job that requires me to stand and walk alot. I am also a vegetarian who doesn't eat a whole lot.

That said, I suffer from GLH--girl love handles. Does anyone know any effective exercises for reducing/eliminating them? I have already started working on my abdominal muscles with ab exercises and they haven't worked.

    Try doing crunches on an exercise ball, also Pilates and Yoga might help you out....other than that keep exercising like you always do.

  • the ab lounge really does work. trust me ive seen it in action. its moore effective than sit ups. and you can listen to some dance music to pump yourself up.
