let the price of the inferior one be x
then the price of the high quality tea = x + 2
The cost of inferior = 6x
The cost of the high quality one = 3(x+2)
the total cost = 6x + 3(x+2) = 24
therefore 9x + 6 = 24
so 9x = 18
x = 2 per Kg
So the answer is the first one $2 per Kg

6x=inferior
3(x+2)=high quality
6x + 3(x+2)=24
6x + 3x + 6=24
9x = 18
x=2
6(2) + 3(4)=24
$2 per kg=inferior

the total price of the mixture was $24.00 the total mixture is 9 kg.
we know that the good tea is 3 kg at $2.00 per kg or totaling $6.00
the bad tea part is $24 - $6 = $18.00
The price of the bad tea is $19.00.
The price per kg of the bad tea is $18.00/ 6 kg or $3.00 p[er kg

take 3kg multiply it bye $2 and get $6
subtract $6 from $24 and get $18
divide 6kg by $18 and get $3
so the answer is $3 per kg.
