why does my comp crap itself?
Whenever i go into a game it appears to be working and the screen goes black as it normally does but then just reverts to the desktop.
This is a second hand comp but i installed xp on it fresh, and have the latest directx. Can anyone help me?
BTW, i dont have a graph card clipped in, i might have an on board i dont know...

You can't play high end games on your PC unless you have got a accelareted graphic port (AGP Card)

You've answered your own question. Get a graphics card. You have no way of getting the game to work without one.

it does this because your graphics card can't run the game. Buy a new graphics card then the problem should go away.

Try not to run the game in full screen mode. Run it is window mode. Check out the game setup application there you would find the same.
Also please make sure that your desktop resolution is set correctly. Do not keep it too low or too high.
