You should be earning something around £400 a week for your gross but for your net pay it depends on your tax code.
One rule of the thumb is the more you earn the more tax you pay.

I make it £309 per week, but that's a v rough manual calculation.

I think if you use this link you should be able to calculate it pretty accurately. Unfortunately I'm not from the U.K. and unfamaliar with your taxes but I think this might work out for you.
