Does anyone believe the constant bickering between parties....?

will hinder our ability to truly unite as Americans and demand change? Do you feel that "the powers that be" encourage us to differ to the point of distraction?

    2 sayings..

1 When an honest person makes a mistake

    they have a choice

    admit the mistake

    or stop being honest.

2 it must be difficult for those who accept the authority as truth

rather then the truth as the authority

So if you are bickering you must deciede what is the truth

and then you must be honest.

People hate admitting they are wrong.

BY JOVE DARLING YOU GOT IT!!!!!!!!!1

A THINKING AMERICAN.. WELL DONE SWEETIE.

It is called divide and conquer. The oldest strategy on the planet.

The Dems and the Reps all serve the same masters, are part of the same cabal. And yes that is just what they do, distract while they pull off things whilst you are busy arguing over things that matter nothing to them anyhow. Their course is already set, no matter which party is "in". Heck a two party system is no system at all. It is a one party system, just as we have in Canada despite the ballyhoo of "choice".

I will say that it truly has made me cry to see the hatred politics has engendered amongst Americans. It keeps you fighting amongst yourselves so you do not see what is being done to you. Your strong powerful nation of once united people is being reduced to many many small hate filled groups all divided amongst themselves.

United they stand... divided they fall.

Your use of the phrase "the powers that be" is exactly right.

They are hidden, covert operators without the guts to stand up like men. They pay people to break the law and create chaos. Sounds like the CIA, FBI and Secret Service.

JFK was gunned down by "the powers that be" before he could close them down. He was against doing things behind closed doors.

As you are aware the CIA recently released information that they were doing covert operations against Cuba in the late 1950s and early 1960s. http://www.gwu.edu/~nsarchiv/NSAEBB/NSAEBB222/inde...

JFK gave the speech that can be listened to from the following link in it's entirity as well as a transcript.

This link will give you brief preview as someone edited it.

Woodrow Wilson gave a speech to Congress in January 1918, 10 months before the end of World War I in which he stated:

"1. Open covenants of peace must be arrived at, after which there will surely be no private international action or rulings of any kind, but diplomacy shall proceed always frankly and in the public view. " http://www.historyplace.com/speeches/wilson-points...

During the 1960s people went out and demonstrated against what started as a "Police Action" and after 50,000 soldiers and over 100,000 Vietnamese died "the powers that be" finally gave in that it was a war.

If George W. Bush had not been appointed President by the US Supreme Court after the 2000 presidential election voter fraud in Florida (Jeb Bush was Governor at that time) and his father Bush Sr. had been envolved in the nominations of at least one of the Judges that were on the US Supreme court that appointed his son.

Without the Decider as president I don't believe that 9/11 would have happened. "The Powers that Be" were forced to create the 2000 fraud because like his father George Bush is a loser.

Here is a short music video about 911 building 7 that asks more questions and points out that "The Powers that Be" made a mistake by telling the BBC that WTC 7 collapsed 23 minuets before it actuall had.

Yes - It is and since 1947 "the powers that be" are being paid with our hard earned tax dollars that aren't even accounted for to create distrust, cause chaos, incite riots, plant bombs, assassinate good people, mass murder American citizens, violate our human rights.

In 1945, the USA signed the Charter of the United Nations wiht 49 other nations. Please read the preamble to the Charter of the United Nations.

I would like to point to the part where we promised to live together in peace as good neighbors.

The computer wasn't around in the 1960s. Had it been there might not have been the rioting and demonstrations.

The real terrorists are "the Powers that Be".

Maybe there is hope in electing Ron Paul for President. Thank you for your question and interest. I hope that my post will wake some of the people up.

Absolutely. It boggles my mind to see how people can errors in the party that they don't support, yet when it comes to members of their own parties, they are completely incapable of being objective.

People should stop rooting for the Democratic or Republican Party and start rooting for America. They should not be seen as enemies.

The problem is that people are fighting the opposite party, instead of fighting issues. Nobody in America should agree with 100% of what their party says. If they do, they are representing their party, instead of their party representing them!

When one of the Parties openly advocate Socialism we better have another party fighting them. Unfortunately Republicans are becoming Socialist-Lite, the American-System is in trouble.

I think it is basically survival of the fittest. Who can make us like them the most while putting the other person down so we will not listen to what they have to say. But in reality they are all saying the same thing it just is going to come down to who can walk to talk and if they are really going to do what they say. Words can kill or heal.

I'm not distracted at all. While liberals scream that Bush wears the wrong tie, their politicians are working to steal more money from them, and install more government control over their lives.

As long as one political party wants us to be defeated in Iraq, this will continue.
