Is this 2004 Grand Prix a GT or a GT2?
I'm testing driving a 2004 Grand Prix for the day. When the dealer showed me the Kelly Blue book value, it was listed a a Pontiac GT2, which I at first had assumed was the Supercharged version, however I was told it wasn't that engine.
The car has nice features, power sunroof, power seats, radio control from the steering wheel, monsoon speakers, (not leather though)...
The car no where says GT2 either, not on the inside or on the trunk door, just GT.
Did the dealer make a mistake? I also noticed on the autotrader site the car was listed as a just a GT, and was actually listed as about the same price they said they paid for it. And yes, I know car dealers have away of wording *stuff*

The one with the supercharger is a GTP. The GT2 is a GT with some extra options, like the leather steering wheel, ect. Those things do not come on the GT base model. They have different levels of the GT and GTP, like with the GTP's they have the Comp G, which is the same engine and all of that, just with a few extra options, like TAP Shift, ect.

That is in fact a GT2.
The GT2 has a leather steering wheel with wheel-mounted radio controls. That's not available on the base GT.

I second the other guy's statement, if it says GT on the car, it is in fact a GT, not a GT2
