Do illegal aliens have the right to sue the county police for illegally going into their homes to make arrest?

This is exactly why we are having so many problems with the illegals. They shouldn't have the right to anything. They are illegal for Gods sake s send them home.

If the Police illegally went into their homes, why would they not be liable to be sued? There isn't supposed to be one law for Americans and one for everyone else outside of immigration law before entry into the US. In fact, it was originally unconstitutional to deny foreigners the right to immigrate to the US and there is an un-withdrawn contract carved in stone on the statue of liberty to this day. If the Police went in illegally, they hadn't done the ground work to know who was there or obtained the legal authority to do so and would have no right to go in. They might have been 11 all Americans and if you had been in that group you would be suing on the same grounds. It behoves us all not to advocate the development of a police state, America is quite close enough already.

Depends if the police had a search warrant. I read a article in the Miami Herald where the police knocked on the door, and the illegals did not open the door and the police went away.

I for one think that if the police had a warrant they should have broken down the door if the illigals did not open the door.

Since when do we set policy that if a crimial doesnt open the door the police say sorry, and then walk away

Illegal aliens are not U.S. citizens. Most illegal aliens are citizens of Mexico. They do not get the same right as U.S. citizens.

Right to sue/covered by the constitution - NO! They are not Americans!

Can they sue - sure and our stupid courts might let them win with the ACLU helping them.

If they are illegally ..they have only one right... Human rights, but we give them to everyone and anyone supposedly regardless of their status..However...here we are dealing with civil rights and since they are illegal and considered non-citizens,,therefore no civil rights at all

They do not have any protections under our Constitution, so I don't know what they are trying to sue for.

They have the right to one phone call and they usually call the:

A-- Always on the wrong side.

C-- Can't fight for Americans

L-- Love to stuff their pockets with money

U-- Unable to walk into a church for fear of catching fire!
