honestly,i learned a lot from them...from my mum to be kind and stand for your rights and from my father to love your work....
but..
the most valuable thing i've learned is that inshallah i will never ever raise my children the way i was brought up..

Where do I start?
They sacrificed so much for us as a family.
How that life can have a value that is nothing to do with possessions.
Some of the richest memories still make me long to tell him one more time, I loved you for this or that. I'm glad I did manage to 'tell him in the living years.'
Taught us how to love & respect yourself, others and Your Creator.

My parents always expected me to do my best and because of that, I have done very well for myself. They were always complimentary and supportive in anything that I have done. I am lucky at age 50 to still have both of my parents. They are getting older and do have some illness problems, but they are still with me and I am grateful for that.

where they came from and where they are now. how hard they worked to get where they are today. all the effort they put to give me a good life, all they sacrificed for me, i appreciate having them in my life. how much they accomplished in thier lives, i really do look up to them and if i could accomplish half of what they did in my life.....well i dont know i dont even think i could accomplish half :P

I most appreciate the work ethic that they both taught me. They are both very hard workers. They taught me to work hard and play hard, and live life 100%.

The love they gave,the sacrifices they made and the knowledge they passed on. i will love them for ever and ever.
