    None of them really work all that well. There is no fast, easy secret. If there were, we'd all be thin. Right now, I am on Alli and have lost four pounds in two weeks. It's FDA approved but you have to limit your fat to less than 15 grams of fat per meal AND exercise.

    You would be wise to trust me on this: save your money.

    I will use the top seller - HydroxyCut - to make a good point as to why:

    For starters, you will see dramatic results from the proper dieting and exercise regimen, which is the most significant factor in your game plan. If you didn't take the pill, you would realize practically the same results. The reason you might - and I say, might - do better is because of the energy those pills will give you (at first).

    One of the primary active ingredients is caffeine. It will provide a false energy (false, meaning not derived from a food source). No matter what anyone says, coffee, tea, and other methods of ingesting caffeine will deliver the same result. Plus many, including myself, feel a burning hunger sensation from the concentrated caffeine in HydroxyCut and like products.

    The other ingredients play a very minor role and basically serve as hype to cause people to view it as some magic concoction - some magic pill - that will cause people to lose fat. The ones that do work second to caffeine simply do the same thing that the caffeine does: provide energy.

    Basically HydroxyCut is just another fly-by-night pill that will come and go just like all of the other "fat burners" and false gadgets marketed throughout the decades. They are all gone...but they were supposed to be the greatest thing, proven to work!

    It is practically false advertising that they refer to such supplements as "fat burners," especially since it is impossible to burn a calorie without expenditure. A calorie is energy, just like gasoline. And like gasoline, you need to transfer it to energy to get rid of it. They help you burn fat only because they give you more energy, causing you to move about more, and be more motivated to become more intense during your workout.

    Save your money and drink coffee to get the same effect, or in my opinion, a much better one. For starters, you can limit the amount of caffeine you ingest to a much greater to degree than with a highly concentrated pill. You will also avoid other effects, including the shakes that these pills can give (like those times when you drink too much Coke or coffee). If you hate coffee, buy a cheaper form of caffeine pill.

    A few years ago I started taking diet pills...and now I have stomach problems. Just eat healthy and exercise. Don't take diet pills...not even hydroxycut.

    Diet pills are not only a waste of money, but many of them aren't safe either. Save your money and use it on either a gym membership or a home gym. That's a better investment for your money and you'll be healthier in the long run. It's not safe to lose weight quickly and it surely doesn't last.

    I am no longer a Doctor however I do realize there is not any dependable rapid repair for a drawback that built over the years. Sure you would take nutrition drugs to lower your urge for food, however no longer consuming is simply as hazardous as over consuming if no longer extra so. Anything that says to be a miracle healing is not anything extra the a modern day day variant of what used to be referred to as snake oil which used to be bought out of the again of a protected wagon to unsuspecting saps again within the 1800's Rule of thumb "if it sounds to well to be precise then it most commonly is."

    store bought salad dressings can be packed with calories make your own vinaigrette and store it in a small spray bottle to coat your greens without over dressing them

    if you have a seperate room keep small useful exercise equipment use those equipment while reading and listening songs
