I just try to guess who thumbs down-ed me and get em back. I give a thumbs up if i laugh, agree or not.

No, not based on opinion. I have given a thumbs down when they give totally false information or give rude/cruel answers.

I thumbs down if someone is plain rude or offense. I thumbs up if the person give and educated or true answer
