where in australia can an indian mbbs doctor get a job, without appearing for an mc exam?

i am an mbbs doctor,from india,with 2 and a half years experience . i would like to work in australia. if possible without appearing for the amc exam. could you please help me out with the names of some hospitals in australia where i can get a job?

    My doctor does it because it's in his duties. We don't have to care about knowing if the doctor is gay friendly. The doctor has to do his job without any consideration bounded with our sexual orientation (It's the French way to consider the relationship with his own doctor)
