Song Ideas for a Slideshow/PowerPoint?

Somewhere Over the Rainbow is a great pick. My friend used the song in her wedding slideshow for her growing up pics. The pics and song matched perfectly! There are other songs you can consider which I think are really good also.

My daughter used Alan Jackson's "Remember When" for her slideshow. The slideshow started with their newborn hospital pictures, growing up, pictures with their parents, grandparents, friends, her fiancee's three children, the both of them with the children and ended with their engagement picture. Very nice touch to the wedding. Everyone enjoyed watching it. Best wishes to you!!

You might try listening to some Shania Twain songs to maybe include in the slide show. She sings a lot of romantic/love songs, & she has a beautiful voice.

my friends sister just got married

and for the part they did of the bride when she was growing up they used "any man of mine" by shania twain

and at the end they used "The Chapel of Love" by the Dixie Cups it added a little bit of playfulness into the serious songs

You are not seriously doing a powerpoint presentation at your wedding? It's a party, not a business meeting. No one wants to be forced to sit through a slide show at a wedding. They're boring.

you can use "Run It Back Again" by Corbin Bleu. I know its about going to the past, but i guess it's OK.

I suggest the sound track to Dead Man Walking.
