Senior Citizen Internet Access?

My grandmother is 87 years old and has never been on the Internet. She doesn't have a computer and her eyesight isn't good enough for me to buy her an iphone or other small device. Are there any good products out there that allow senior citizens like her to access the Web, other than a laptop or PC?

    Hi Writer of Truth,

I suggest you get her a computer similar to what blind people use with a relay system then she can listen to her emails. I am pretty sure she can just talk into speaker to relay messages. I have a friend who's handicap, right one side paralized. He uses his comptuer & has now start a web job. I hope this helps & have a good day. :0)

The other answers give you what you want, but here's one you may not have seen

In the local and national news many senior sitizens homes and clubs have formed Wii bowling clubs.

The people seem to really enjoy it, they get to bowl without picking up a heavy ball or going on a slippery floor.

My best to you and your grandmother

Hope this gives you something new to think about

Don't think so - best to get her a PC with a big screen - and turn on the magnifier.

I have set up several PC's for the eldery and they love it.
