I strongly disapprove of your spelling - but I will let you off.

When you look into the world, you see your reflection. You see what you don't want in yourself and what you want in yourself. People with the same emotions and basic drives as you are all around you all the time. They express the need to fill those desires in different ways. Some are great, some mediocre and some are insane. Mahatma Ghandi said "You must be the change you wish to see in the world.". When you put your best effort out, and you try your hardest to be what you want to be, and you try to help - there will always be those who disagree and try to stop you or trip you up. It will be that way as long as humans exist the way we do.

Let's hope it's not EVERYTHING! It will be too unpleasant to go through days feeling everything & everybody is against you. Since the world is as it is & people are as they are, just live & let live, do your best & hope for the best. It will save you a lot of frustration.

Especially when you hear something that upsets you. Today I am upset, but then all things pass thank goodness, and tomorrow you might feel a lot better.
