papaya and cherry ice cream pie?

I'm looking for a recipe for an ice cream pie - it had sliced papaya and marachino cherries in it and had a graham cracker crumb crust. It was layered and it had a cheese cake like taste to the layers. Can anyone help me?

    I gotcha recipe!

    Fruity Icebox Cheesecake

    You'll need:

    graham cracker crust

2 8oz pkgs Philly cream cheese

1 can Eaglebrand sweetened condensed milk

    Fresh or frozen fruit

    1/2 Pint Whipping cream

    3 Tablespoons Sugar

Use 1/2 can condensed milk to mix with one package softened cream cheese. Fold in fruit. Pour into pie shell. Set in freezer until firm. Add remainder condensed milk to remaining pkg creamed cheese. Fold in second fruit. Pour over first layer. set in freezer until firm. Whip cream with sugar. Spread evenly over pie. Return to freezer until firm. Serves 8.

And you don't want to know about the calories.

You can use whatever fruit you'd like--even pureed. I love mango and banana or mango and pineapple. I've added coconut to the layers and that's good--especially if you stick to tropical fruits. I suppose you could even add nuts. It's really a very versatile recipe.
