The female ejaculation is a myth made popular through adult films. A woman doesnt ejaculate. She does however produce fluids that lubricate the reproductive area. These fluids help sperm along, give them something to swim along.

So no.... they wont kill sperm

Only the most masculine females who have well-developed paraurethral glands (a female prostate) ejaculate and when they do it is through the urethra so comes nowhere near the sperm which have gone up her vagina into her uterus.

no females don't ejaculate. when a woman has an orgasm the vaginal walls contract which helps to pull the sperm to the back of the vagina and into the cervix which is slightly open during ovulation.
