Actually I've never really liked bridges. I mean they look cool, but I'd rather not be on one.

Rather than building safe roads, bridges and pushing for non petroleum vehicles our government is buying, selling and building infrastructure in the Middle East.
Old saying, don't raise the bridge, lower the water, well it is becoming a fact. As the water levels drop a different type of erosion that no Engineer was taught in school could have factored in.
I have no fears.
Reality happens.

No, I live in California so it happens here because of earthquakes usually ( doesn't have to be a big one).
You just can't be afraid to go on with your life. This was just horrible but it's probably going to be a result of human error & there'll be something else next week, somewhere else.
Not that I don't feel bad for everyone involved in the collapsed bridge. Pray for them.
Source(s): I went over the Bay Bridge in San Francisco, 12 minutes before it collapsed in the last earthquake so thanked God often for being spared. - How do you think about the answers? You can sign in to vote the answer.
