The effectiveness of any colour can only be judged by the relationship with the one next to it. Agree or not?

Maybe I'm thinking too hard today.

    Agree. Even different hughs of the same color can reflect badly on each other.

    I agree. The adjoining colours make a big difference to the effect.

    Well, I suppose that's true as long as you consider white a color, which it isn't.
