Do you think Martin Truex is Bummed out that Mark Martin Is now the Man at DEI?
As For the flammers from last night I found this
Did u know that they suspended me ,BabyBoy ,Christian, Pepe, Izabel, Andre , Touzours , Contact & Stefania???& did u know that those who got us suspended were those of the NASCAR section although me ,Stefania ,Pepe & Izabel didnot even take part what happened at the NASCAR section ..I was at level 5 & I was a top contributor how come the yahoo answers suspend us for just one violation notice & without any investigation ?? that is totally unfair

DEI is committed to Truex, and let him know that he will be the top dog in the house. Mark is still going to do a partial schedule next year, with Almirola. You can believe that the #8 car won't be filled by someone as junior as Almirola.
The biggest thing that Mark Martin brings is all those years of experience and coolness. He will be a great mentor for the rest of the drivers.
Even as the senior guy at Rousch, Martin was never really the top dog, and he certainly was never really treated that way. It's not his style anyway. He'll be fine, and Truex will continue to get better with that mentorship... and he knows it.

There would be no reason for Truex to be bummed out about this move. It is great for the team as a whole and as Mark running a half schedule, he will not be the number one guy at DEI. Truex has proven this year that he is a number one driver, is only 27 years old, and has a bright future. Truex can learn a great deal from Mark and use that mentor and become a better driver than he already is.

I don't think Truex has anything to worry about, he is still the top dog at DEI. He should be more worried about whoever else will be coming there to drive the 8 car. Mark Martin is probably the most respected driver there is and I don't think anyone will have to worry about him causing trouble or strutting around the shop like a rooster. Mark will do what he can to make all his teammates better. He won't run a full schedule and therefore shouldn't be a threat to anyone.

DEPUTY DOG !!!!!!! You're the man..oops I mean dog ..I mean..you RULE SCOOB !
Reporting and Blocking works.. now go in the dude's profile that posted the apology..which was sincere, check out the questions he answered. Some have changed their avatar and started another account because of the fear of being suspended. They tell what their new screen name is. The one that posted the question is recruiting for more attacks..while some agreed, most were trying to discourage them.
Now, to answer your posted question:
Yeah, I think Turex may be a little bummed to say the least.
He won't show it or say it. But if I recall correctly, he stepped up and took on the leadership role at DEI better known as TEI and felt he would be a good leader. And now, BAMMM!
(as Emerill would say) here's a true veteran old school driver that can really teach these guys (including Truex) how to become the gem of a driver he himself is.
MARK MARTIN ~IS~ THE MAN !!!
Drive for 5
Free the 8

I honestly have never reported anyone in this forum, but last night I made a career out of it.If it had a flaming letter it got blocked and reported, all in one happy stroke.
But to answer your question Martin Truex was probably looking forward to being "Da man" and probably had about 5 minutes of disappointment, then he realized Mark isn't Jr. and that he will still have a good chance to be #1 and a Great chance to learn from one of the best.Win-Win.

Sorry for your problems but I'm fairly new.
If Truex is thinking right, he'll be greatful for Mark as a partner especially if he doesn't run a full schedule. Mark has a wealth of knowledge to offer the young buck and Martin won't have him as an opponent in every race - especially the nextel cup championship.

I think Martin Truex would be happy to have an experienced driver like Mark Martin as a teammate. Mark Martin is awesome!

Truex wants to be the face of DEI and it dont look like he's gonna get his way....as for last night, what happened? I was away and missed it, I hope that things are better for you scooby, this constant badgering from non nascar fans is getting so old, its sometimes not worth it, I keep trying, dont you give up either...

Martin Truex Jr. will still be the hottest driver at DEI, Mark Martin, the one with the most experience. It will give
Truex someone to look up to, and gain knowledge from...
