Acer Computers?
Hi. I am looking at buying an Acer mini desktop (ASL-100 UD360A) and I would like to hear some reviews of the brand or model before I buy. I have never heard of Acer before, is it a good brand?

I have worked on Acer computers, and I find them to be a quality system. They have been around for quite a few years, and personally I would choose them over Hewlett Packard, Dell, and most any major brand.

I had an acer before and I loved it, I never had any problems with them, unfortunately it was stolen. I have never heard of any complaints with an acer. I heard its a very popular brand in Europe thats now making its way to the U.S

I am currently typing this answer to you on an Acer Aspire 3690-2900 laptop it is a very dependable machine when purchased new the RAM was only 512mb so I purchase an extra gig of RAM it was about $150 plus taxes now have 1.5 gig RAM runs perfect no problems buy one you wont be sorry.

Acer overall make very good computers. I like them a lot and tech editors like CNET review them very well. If you don't choose an Acer I would otherwise recommend an HP.

Though Acer isn't as well known as hp or Lenovo, it has an excellent reputation.
