Can you use condensed milk instead?

Can you use condensed milk instead of regular milk for pudding? Thanks

    Yes but your pudding will be sweeter and thicker than if you use regular milk.

    Condensed milk has a lot of sugar in it. Can you make a pudding using it? Sure, but if you're stirring up a pudding *mix*, you'd have better luck with evaporated milk.

    And even at that, not much luck. Canned milk tastes terrible. To end up with pudding that tastes good, you want to start with fresh whole milk.

    If you mean sweetened condensed milk, no, you can't use it like regular milk. Sweetened condensed milk contains a large amount of sugar and is cooked down until it is very thick.

    If you meant canned evaporated milk, you can certainly use it in place of milk. I keep cans of evaporated milk on hand at all times just in case I run out of fresh milk.

    You can either add equal portions of water to the canned evaporated milk before using it or use it right out of the can. I prefer the latter because it makes everything just that much creamier.

    no condensed milk it's way to sweet but you can use evaporated milk.

    You can always ask a nieghbor for the amount of milk youll need
