What are some ways you externalize internal discomfort?

And since the three who answered this question last night did not seem to understand the question---let me give you a hint---think "I ate and/or drank too much!" I am hoping for some really creative answers here folks! So tell all your friends to answer this one too!

    i didn;t see last nights answers, but let me give it a shot! As a therapist sometimes I have to evaluate pain in patients that are non verbal so I look at these factors: grimacing, moaning, legs or arms withdrawing into body, people curling up into fetal position , difficulty sleeping, eyes painfully looking around without reason. Good luck!
