What are these bites all over me??
I am on vacation visiting my brother in San Antonio, Texas and I was outside the day before yesterday for ten to twenty minutes on the phone. I went inside and started getting really itchy all over the backs of my legs and on my elbows. The bites turned into big red lump like circles and they haven't gone away at all. If anything they have gotten worse. I don't think it was mosquitoes b/c mosquito bites go away after a day or so and usually aren't big bright red circles like these. I didn't see what bit me b/c I was on the phone talking about something very important and was in my own world on the phone. I was wondering if anyone else knows what kind of bug this could have been that bit me or if anyone else lives in the area and knows anything. Thank you to anyone that can help. =)

Sounds like chiggers!!! And I am not being funny. Go and get some Benedryl Gel and it will help you tremendously.

fleas will do that, or you could just be having an allergic reaction to something that you normally wouldn't be bothered by. Visit a doctor tomorrow and he'll give you some oral steroids and some cortizone cream, I bet.
Tonight take a warm bath with a paste of baking soda on them to take the inflammation down and let you rest til you see the doc tomorrow.

You should really go to a doctor because that looks serious.
Texas - hmm... spiders?
It sounds like a spider bite, or it could be something to do with the heat (if you felt really hot)

Probably sand fleas or chiggers. Try not to pick them or they will leave scars. When I get bites, I scrub them really good with soap and water and then put Benadryl cream or something similar on them and I rarely itch.

could be fleas, so scrub the bites real well with antibiotic soap, then put alcohol on them, you can take benadryl to heal the bites and dry them up.

i think they might have been fire ants, when they sting u they inject venom. look it up.
