Where can I buy this dress...?

I'd like to buy the Rocawear dress featured on page 60 in Seventeen's September issue. I've been unable to locate it on rocawear.com or drjays.com. Can someone please help me find it!!!

well it says drjays.com or macy's but i couldn't find them but I did find these
