Mercedes from ANTM Season 2.......?

Yep, that's her.

But don't laugh or feel sorry for her. That commerical is making her paper stack!!!

First of all it is a chain restaurant so the commercial will run nationally -- most of the states. She is getting paid EVERYTIME that commercial runs -- a check is being printed with her name on it. She has speaking part (no matter how many words -- its speaking or non-speaking and it ups the pay if you have to talk in the commercial) and she already has thousands of hours logged in for her SAG card.

I bet she is getting about $3,000 per run. She is laughing all the way to the bank. DATS WAY BETTER THAN A 9 to 5 making a petty paycheck every two weeks!

Think its not true??? Mr. Whipple from Charmin commercial (remember him) I used to mail him is quarterly paycheck for saying, "Please don't squeeze the Charmin". How much was it???? That commercial ran for almost 30 years national and he had many many hours logged in alsow -- so in 1990 (last time I worked for an ad agency) his quarterly check was for $275,000!!!!

So she is not hurting for money doing commercials. Remember the No. 1 winner is not the only winner!!

Antm Season 2

She has done several other things in the modeling/acting industry since leaving the show. I don't think that is her on the Chili's commercial, or it would be listed in the link below. Look at the link to see all that she has done after ANTM.

oh it is her. i told my boyfriend who she is the other day. but to say that doing a chili's commercial is sad... well that is going a bit far. the girl that won that year what is her name? yoanna? anyway, she just got a crappy show on the style network. mercedes is out in the industry getting herself out there and getting gigs. good for her. i haven't seen any other girl from antm on anything, except the deals that the winners got and the winners of challanges that got prizes that were guest spots on t.v.

It is her. You can tell from her voice. I was falling asleep one night and I heard....Welcome to Chili's...I said that voice sounded familiar....the next day....There is was again and it is Mercedes...she has a car commercial and I think the other was HP. Go girl..you might not of won ANTM..but you DID win overall...I have not seen Johanna anywhere.....

I think it's her in the Chili's commercial. I guess as a model you need to get all of the gigs that you can get. I've also seen Naima in the Sheer Cover makeup infomercial.

It must be hard to find work.

think about it. of all the winners of ANTM, how many do you see in vogue, elle, harper's baazar?

lol! yeah it's her! I saw the comercial and was like" Heeeey! That's that one breezee!" Hey work is work...plus I saw her in a couple of mag. spreads. little ones but like I said it's work!
