Resistance cords?

Is a resistance cord a good substitute for free weights? I'd like to put together a very low tech home gym

Yup, they're good. So is a jump rope, a Nordic track Classic Pro Skier, a pair of good sneakers, a couple or three dumbells of appropriate weight for you, and an exercise mat. In the US you can get all that for $100 or so, except for the Nordic track. But you can get a used NT for $50 or so--I've seen one on Craig's list in my area.

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at

http://www.goodlwizard.info/ , they give you a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.
