It could be a opossum... but it would have to be a certain type, because it is most certainly not a normal one.
It's not a sugar glider, it's not a chinchilla, it's not an african bush baby.
I own sugar gliders, and this animal is far from one.

It's an Australian species of possum, most likely a brush tailed possum

And it's so cute because it's fuzzy! :D
EDIT: And they are very common pests here, and they can't glide.
EDIT 2: On second thought, possibly a smaller species. But still a species of Australian possum.

It is a possum, not sure what it is called, but most of them, well the small one's look cute, type in sugar glider into your search engine, it looks similar, i used to have one of those, and it was soooo cute.

It looks like a Australian bush baby. They live in the bush they only eat fruit and nuts. Dont you just love there eyes.

It is a type of pygmy oppossum native to Australia.I can't remember the exact name,but I know that's what it is.I think it's very cute!

I think it's some sort of Lemar. And it's cute because it's small and has big eyes. Everything small with big eyes tends to be cute to people.
