Is this a good way to loss weight?

Drink only water or 100% real juice

6 small meals

doing at least an hour of cardio each day. (I can't get a member ship to a gym but in my aparments they have a mini gym with Tredmill and stair type of machine). I'm a senior wanting to really lose weight so I can enjoy this year even the more plz help me. Is this a good routine?

    Avoid the 100% real juice and eat whole raw fruit instead (fruit juice, even from real fruit, is like drinking a sugary beverage). Eating small meals is okay, provided that you are getting enough calories and not hungry. You will need to add some variety to your training, since the body adapts quickly to any training you have in your program. Keep it interesting and be consistent and you should see results. Work with a licensed nutritionist and a certified personal trainer if you want guaranteed results (it's hard to give advice to you without knowing you or your history).

    Eat whole fruits.

    Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein. Spread your 6 small meals here. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy. And exercise. Brisk walking is great for burning body fats.

    It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

    make it a point to use the steps whenever possible use the bathroom on a different floor at work take the stairs at the bus station the airport or the mall

    limit if not eliminate all extras like butter mayonnaise ketchup dressing added sugar added oil etc
