doing at least an hour of cardio each day. (I can't get a member ship to a gym but in my aparments they have a mini gym with Tredmill and stair type of machine). I'm a senior wanting to really lose weight so I can enjoy this year even the more plz help me. Is this a good routine?

As I enter in a new year of school in a month I realized I needed to get more information on my lil plan for college. I would like to first go to community college to save money and make sure I'm spirtually ready to leave home. Now I'm wondering will I still recieve much help with things like finaancial aid or fasfa (if there not the same thing) if I went to a community college first. Basically After cc I would love to attend Howard University however I'm trying to figure out would I get more money for college if I went straight to Howard and skip the CC. Plz help no one or two word answers to help me figure out my life plan plz. It means a lot.

The I have a dream speech was Martin Luther Kings way of addressing what not only the way he felt, but what other blacks in the south were feeling. It was a speech of hope to a brand new day and age where all man kind would be racially equal. In this specific quote he speaks about freedom ringing from every village no matter what your race is and I am proud to say that this part of Martin Luther Kings thirty-nine years has came too past. No matter what your color we can now all drink from the same water

and whether you we want to take in the lyrics there feeding into us anyway. If this is true because I heard a guy say this how do I go about finding it.

My step dad and my mom and step dad has finally split up and its the best thing that ever happened to our family. Now he's free has his on house and buying him a new car. However he doesn't pay childsupport and all the bills from the other house was in my moms name however when they were together he was suppose to pay them(but we found out he wasn't) So the light bill is like 1000 something because of the bad insulation in the old house and the gas is ever more. On top of that he put a lone on my mothers car and they both were to split the bill 200 each a month he stopped...well never started paying on it. So thats our only transportation, we live in town were we know no one and my mom jobs doesnt pay anything but like 150$ a week on a good day (public bus comp. part time). Can he really mess my mom over like this. She's also a lil sick she has diabeties type 2 and can't keep her blood sugar down these days can he really screw her over like this and go on living all good.

My mom wants me to stay because 1. she feels she can't take care of my lil brothers on her own. 2. she has to get my cousin to babysit and be responsible for taking the kids to school and shes not dependable and also my mom has diabeties, her doses have just been uped, blood pressure is to high and can barely walk her legs hurt her so much when she's on them for long periods of time. I got offered to go to emporia state university for college prep classes, this is 3hrs away and can be very helpful for college when its time to attend in the fall of 2008. Do I go or stay? I have to leave tomorrow and just don't know my mom looks so sad I don't know if its her being sad because she might have to quit her job or what. HELP ME!

I'm 17 and thiers a lot of older folks out in the new town I move. So I decided to try and start my own buisness. I will clean houses, garages, cook if need be and I'm learning to paint right now. For these services what should I charge. I don't want to work for minumum wage and its hard to even find a job here if I wanted to.

She is a diabetic she has recently got over a month ear infections, now about 3 weeks later its her eye. The eye keeps running, she says it feels as if rocks are in it every time she closes it, and it also feels as if someone cut it(she doesnt have contacts) what could it be wrong with her eye. Plz help and real answers. I leave for college prep classes 4hrs away from her and I don't want to have to worry about her well being every minute anymore whats wrong?

I sorta figured out what I want to do as far as college is concern. I want to first go to a 2 year college because I realize for the first 2 years I will be doing the samething I would be doing at a University but for less. Also I would like to stay close to home so I can save money and get spiritually set to leave home. After that I would like to go to a HBCU college. Now that I finally got that figured out, I'm looking more into what community college because I never really looked into those. But hopefully I'll figure it out this summer. I plan to possibly even visit some this summer. How does that sound?

I have so much I want to say from politics to the new generation. Its just so much I have inside of me and I don't know how to start nor where I just want to write poetry but how is there a certain guideline you must follow when it comes to poems. Heck I would like to read some of the coldest mines of poems like Langston hughest, Ella, but like Maya Angelou poem for Bill Clinton I don't understand them. So second question how do you get to understand a poem and its meaning.

Im a junior in high school and every summer for six weeks I have attended this upward bound program at Kansas University. I stay there during the week and on the weekends come home. We have relocated 3 hourse away from KU so I figured I would go stay with my dad for the first time and go for my last year there. Its a very good program and helps me prepare more for college life. The delima is my mom doesn't want to see me go. I finally told her what I wanted to do and she got sooo sad. Its sometimes as if she can't handle my little brothers without me. Soo do I go so she can get prepared for when I leave off for college next year or do I stay? Plz voice your opinion and possibly why I'm sooo confused.

Hi. I'm 16 and weigh 220-230 at the most and lately I have been haveing pains in my chest close to my heart. They come mostly when I'm laying down and then if I try to move a certain way it starts us really bad and I can only take short breaths without pain being to much. And then my arm start to hurt as well at times. This only last last about 10 minutes. Thats why I never told anyone but now its happening more often. I understand I need to lose weight but its impossible when your in an unhealthy home and family is all overweight.

My mom has an infection in the body I take it. Because first she had gotten a stye that stayed for over a week. And now she has a a very big boil bump on her vigina so she tells me.
