a person who has moved out of state and is now in another. Are there any websites or reverse directors, etc. , that can assist with locating a person that does not cost a fee. Thank you.

You have to try every way you can possibly think of doing to find someone. I found my grandfather and history of families through, Ancestry.com and through that you have lots of lead way to finding someone for free. But you must know a lot of this someone special to find them for free, like first, last name, put down the last address! I don't know how else to put it, but just be very clever!

no there isnt, i tried that also, u have to pay a fee and also because its private information. the best youl find is his name and what city he lives in if u search up websites in google.
