How do I program my Multi-Code gate opener?

My landlady gave me a Multi-Code gate opener. I have no instructions on how to program it. Inside there are 10 switches. My gate code is 5-5-7-2 does anyone have any idea how to program it to work?

    No idea, you may want to call your landlady and tell her you've never worked anything like this and need some help. :) I would have to, I'm completely unfamiliar with any kind of gates or codes where I live. ;)
