Fellow 'answers' addicts, what keeps you hooked?

Well, this website HAS to be addict..

Wherever you can post pictures, comments, blogs .. or even ANSWERS; and you might get a response/rating/comment/ to it.. You'll be addicted to it!

Somehow we're looking for someone who will comment or critize us. We want that recognition .. it's fun!

Plus, we all love to help. And if we know the right answer, we feel great.. right?

i'm not extremely an entire blown addict.....yet-LOL! even with the shown fact that that's exciting, and that i unquestionably love examining the questions and this manner of solutions given. And if my small volume of awareness can help somebody, each and every of the greater advantageous. and that i've got found out alot besides. so all around, for an dependancy, i think of that's a somewhat hazard unfastened one so a techniques. :-)

I love the interaction with all types of people. I`m 62 years old and I have a head full of what I thought was useless information until I joined answers. I set different "goals" for myself. When I was first on I strived for level 2. That achieved I wanted level 7. Having reached that I am concentrating on raising my Best Answers percentage and Leader board position. I am nearing my 1 year Anniversary and I`m as pleased with YA as I was on Day1.

To quote you "a bit of all the above" and all the answers above me and probably what will come below too.

It's human curiosity.

On another note, I find it amazing how many people say it's the human interaction/meeting people (or similar) when they probably see more people on the way to work than they talk to on here. I'm not knocking it but it is fascinating.

Usually use it to kill a bit of quiet time at work, but now im on maternity leave spend longer on here to help fill the day. When your friends are at work, theres only so much housework or TV watching you can put up with lol

In addition to those answers before, I note that a lot of questions on here don`t necessarily have a right and wrong answer (how do I fix...., what is the colour of.....) but one where you are being asked your opinion.

Most of us have have something to say on most things and given the oppoprtunity to express it will.

A lack of anything better to do at this time in the evening. Also, no-one listens to my interesting thoughts in the real world. On here, I can at least pretend someone somewhere is reading my rant.

Strange that you should ask that. I was just thinking myself "why do I keep wasting my time asking stupid questions that I probably already know the answers to (assuming there are answers to them), and giving daft answers to daft questions being asked by others who must be equally as daft as I am?

For what its worth, I have now come to the conclusion that I don't know the answer!!!

When I have a query I just post it on here and people from anywhere in the world give me their answers. How about that for quick free help and assistance.

The points I love answering other peoples questions but I love to see what kind of points I can get also
