You can go up to the top of the Space Needle. It's great day or night, but I actually prefer it at night.
There's this great Chinese restaurant called Bamboo Garden, which is within walking distance of the Space Needle. Their website is www.bamboogarden.net. They're a vegetarian restaurant, but meat eaters might enjoy it too.
Pike Place Market is popular with locals and tourists. There are tons of stands to check out there, plus places to eat, too.
There's an Aquarium right near Pike Place Market. If you enjoy aquariums, you should check that out.
If you're a baseball fan, you might have time to check out a Mariners game. They're playing Tampa Bay at 6:05pm Saturday (might be cutting it too close to the time you arrive) and again at 1:05 on Sunday.
