Tomorrow is Patriot Day ! Can we just put our beliefs aside and pray, be thankful and remember ?

Please just remember our fallen, our heroes, our innocent fellow Americans who lost their lives on the tragic day of 9-11-01. For one day put you personal opinions aside and just remember them and appreciate that those of us are still here and able to feel the warm sun and see our children play. Their are many who are not, and whatever your views are... just for one day have compassion for eachother no matter what religion, political pref.we are all still Americans and we are bonded by that day. I pray for all of us to never feel or see the same thing happen again, for my childrens sake and yours. God bless us all !

Update:

I just think that should honor ourselves tomorrow that we are still here and we we keep the memories alive of the good and the bad, I to have been feeling everyday I am going through a deployment. I have my own thoughts on certain things but tomorrow its not about me its about respect, honor and our lives that have been lost. My heart goes out to all, and I for 1 will never forget and I pray that I and my descendents never go through another sucker punch again.

As far as I am concerned - the anti-war crowd has demonstrated how little they honor those who protect them.

The next time we get attacked - lets let everybody who opposed the war in Iraq go and fight.

I sure hope we can! My family and I did the Freedom Walk in Washington, DC and it was a fantastic way to remember 9/11, honor the dead and appreciate all we have in America.

This is not about the war, or about politics. It is about remembering 9/11, honoring the lives lost (such as my cousin) and about loving our country (this is not about the current administration, it is about AMERICA).

As soon as the Muslims in the United States ( as a whole ) denounce the Un-civilized acts of terrorism perped upon us by their RADICAL off shoots! I see a handful of Islamist committing crimes against humanity and only a handful of Islamist condemning it. You aren't gonna fool me into believing that "if" we ( America ) do as we are told, everything will be ok and it's business as usual. The United States of America is under attack by enemies foreign and domestic and the liberals wanna play fair. Wow.....what you ask for is all good and well; but our ENEMIES are counting on dividing us from within. You all hold hands and sing "KUMBAYA" if you want......I'm not holding my breath for the Islamist to denounce either. Just the opposite........you'll see!

I'm from NYC and lived in Lower Manhattan for quite a bit. I'm reminded of it everyday and feel it everyday, but I still have strong feelings against this war.
