Try putting vaseline on your feets before bed and then sleep with white socks it will help to mositerizer them.

just the bottom of my feet skin is like a dead layer of skin. never had this before and wondered what is going on besides dead skin( I keep hearing) does not itch at all ,no discoloration. just unlike myself to get this. when it is wet, can scrub it and it flacks and peels off very easily. but cant get it all. first was just on heel an on feet pads now between toes. ???/
