I'm going to assume that you're probably quite young however I was once in your shoes so I have some advice. Ensure that you dress nice, smell nice (nothing's worse than body odour or bad breath), have nice hair and speak with confidence. If you have a group of friends that does 'neutral' activities like minigolf or bowling organize a group event and tell her that you and a bunch of friends were going bowling and that you'd like if she could come. Be friendly but have confidence. Make it seem like it's the most natural thing in the world so that she will be comfortable too. If she rejects you no big deal there's plenty more in the sea.

Now is the time in life to perfect the skill of speaking smoothly with women. Some men never perfect this art. If she agrees to go she is interested because think about it if the shoe were on the other foot. If an attractive girl asked you to come bowling with a group of friends would you make up some excuse not to go? Of course not! You'd be there no matter what. BTW... ALWAYS open the door for her, also, don't burp/fart around her.
