All I want to know is Who Dat?

What is going on with The Saints? They don't look like the NFC championship team everybody made them out to be. Where is the defense? 31 by Tampa Bay?

Whats wrong with the running game?

Update:

I didn't think they would be good this year either I figured that last year was a fluke and that they had a bunch of people on the Katrina band wagon.

Update 2:

lsu balls I am not talking about the wins they had I am refering to all of the fans that can't be found on this site all of a sudden. You are a die hard fan, but 3 weeks ago every other question was Who Dat this and WHo Dat that. now they are running to the Patriots, and Green bay. The Saints had a crazy offense last year, but this year something is different offensively. and it isn't that they have been figured out, some reason that line is quite right. and the defense is worse than last year.

I know, some of their fans on here were just horrible, talking all this stuff about how they'll dominate the NFC. I guess they crawled back under those bags they put over their heads. If the Saints can turn it around, look for them to show back up acting like they never left and were hardcore all along.

    Cheers!

I knew the defense was going to be bad, but I thought the offense would make up for that. Without an offense, the Saints have zero chance at a .500 record, much less a playoff berth. Peyton better turn things around immediately or it is going to be the old days all over again. The good thing is, it is only week 2. There is plenty of football left, that could be good or bad for the Saints.

People that say "Katrina bandwagon" sound like idiots. I see know reason why a hurricane would cause 12 NFL teams to lay down and allow the Saints to beat them last year. It is quite possible that the offense that had everybody guessing last year is being prepared for better by opposing teams.

Well as long as their offensive line continues suck that bad, they won't be doing anything on offense. If the defensive line is in the backfield before the QB is, there's quite a problem there. I don't care how agile Reggie Bush is, if the o-line isn't going to block, Reggie will be lucky to get past the line of scrimmage.

As for the defense, I dont know. Their just slow and they suck. Which is disappointing because, even though I'm a Colts fan, I'm rooting for the Saints in the NFC this year, was hoping to see them make it to their first Super Bowl.

The Saints are the Saints...Finishing first last year gives them a different set of teams to contend with...Defense will come back but Tampa Bay apparently made a statement about last years run the Saints of them but if no front blocking, running and passing games disappear.....I have followed the Saints avidly since 1971 and do not intend on leaving them now or later....Go Saints

To be honest I really don't see them winning the NFC South. I think the Panthers will take it. I picked the Saints to lose in the Super Bowl against the Chargers but I don't see the Saints getting that far. Right now I'm not sure they'll make the playoffs. They really need to get their defense together if they want to have a shot at the playoffs.

They screwed up by making the way overrated Reggie Bush the featured back. They need to trade that loser for some defense while Bush is worth a little something.

I think teams are paying attention to them more b/c they were good last year. This may sound like a dumb reason but keep this in mind...half the playoff teams from the past year never make the playoffs the current year.

I can't stand the Saints or the NFC, but I am going to have to defend them just to get in your idiotic grill. THEY ARE ONLY ONE GAME OUT OF FIRST. WE ARE TWO WEEKS INTO THE SEASON.

You may well be the biggest moron on this site. Wait a minute while I check.........

Yep. The results of the survey were conclusive.

Finnish in first you get a harder schedule. The team wasn't that good last year in a week NFC

Last year was a fluke year. I hate to say it, but it was. They were only fired up because of Katrina.

Let's see where the bandwagon fans decide to go now.
