I get a " your claim is not payable at this time " notice when I certify each week  . No one answering the phone or e-mails. I need help !

The 2 mounting bolts on the bottom do not match up. 2 1/2 " on the old and 2 1/4" on the new ones. I do have the right part # shocks. Can I extend the holes to make them fit ?

My car sounded like it was running in the driveway, but the engine was shut off. This was draining the battery and the car would not start even with a jump. I got the fan or what it was to stop by pulling a fuse. A 40 amp EBL , by the chart. Does this mean anything to anyone ? thanks

I washed my wife's scrubs in powdered soap and I guess I didn't let it dissolve enough. Now some of them have white spots or lines on the legs , it looks like she rubbed against some paint. I've tried to scratch it out and rewash them. The stains won't budge.

I took out my old Maytag dishwasher and am trying to install a Kenmore that someone has givin to me. I can't get the old hose to fit. It seems too small, or do I need to work harder?

I got in my car and it started right up, as it always does . I saw a friend and turned it off for about 10 minutes . Got back in and it wouldn't start . We tried to jump it, no help . I thought a starter would go gradually, not all at once .

My contract with Direct is over.

My 2 boys ,11 and 7, are playing football. It's their idea to play and they both enjoy it. I can't find their mean button to help them play better.
