Would any one help me, please?

I have DATAONE connection of BSNL. Since some months, I get the following message after 5 - 6 minutes of starting internet and futher download etc., will not take place. I have to restart the computer again and connect again to get the internet.

"Generic host process for Win 32 services had encountered a problem and needs to close"

is this internet service provider problem or the software one? Could any one help me in this regard?

BSNL people say that it is not their problem.

It is a system problem either associated with malware or windows updates.

Suggest you attempt the malware route first:

Normally your malware programs will delete these gremlins.

However, you should be aware that a lot of viruses, spyware & adware sit in RAM, the registry and System Restore and because of System Restore will return even after deleting or re-booting. Removing can be a little time consuming but thankfully not impossible. Yes there are many web sites offering solutions for the removal of different gremlins but try this first.

Turn off System Restore. This can be achieved by going to ‘Start’ > ‘My Computer’ > ‘Properties’ > Open the ‘System Restore’ tab then enable “Turn off system restore on all drives” > click apply > click ok.

It is now best to re-boot your computer in Safe Mode – (achieved by pressing F8 continually during boot up) this will prevent the majority of malware from kicking off at this time.

You should now run your anti virus and anti spyware and anti adware software and delete or quarantine any viruses or spies found.

Re-boot your computer in normal mode and complete another virus check. If your system is now reported as being clean - don’t forget to turn on System Restore.

Some typical examples of free downloads for keeping your system clean are:
