Center of Inversion and S4 axis?

What are these and how are they found on a molecule. Would SiF4 be described by both of these?

I am not sure what an S4 axis is, but the center of inversion would be like a mirror point in the molecule. SiF4 would not have a center of inversion. CO2 and SF6 would have a center of inversion.
